Don Argott’s spirited documentary would seem niftier if School of Rock hadn’t stolen its fire. Paul Green, who has run his own kid-rock school since 1998, is a bigger control freak than Jack Black ever was; he’s more like Dave Matthews played by Paul Giamatti.
