Sacre bleu! A British tabloid says Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz will tie the knot next weekend in the South of France. News of the World says an assistant to Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne let slip that they will miss daughter Kelly’s London concert on Saturday ”because they’ll be in Nice for JT’s wedding” at the Grand-Hotel Du Cap-Ferrat, which is reportedly booked full for an unspecified event. Timberlake and Diaz met at the hotel during the Cannes Film Festival two years ago. Timberlake’s rep gave the New York Post a ”no comment,” while Diaz’s publicist, Brad Cafarelli, issued a statement late Monday calling the wedding story ”totally false.”

Whether or not they take a trip down the aisle, the couple will definitely be linked come May 2007 — when Shrek 3 is released. Yes, Timberlake (who ”cameoed” in Shrek 2 as Sir Justin, a Medieval pop star) has signed on to the third installment of the animated series starring Diaz, Mike Myers, and Eddie Murphy, according to Variety. He will lend his voice to the character of Artie, King Harold’s nephew. Shrek 3 producer Aron Warner told USA Today that Timberlake’s relationship with Diaz had nothing to do with the pop star winning his animated role.
