WEDDINGS Selma Blair, 31, wed Ahmet Zappa, 29, Jan. 24 in L.A…. Married…With Children’s David Faustino, 29, wed actress Andrea Elmer Jan. 24 in Las Vegas. It is the first marriage for both couples.

SPLITS Dayanara Torres, 29, filed for divorce from her husband of nearly four years, singer Marc Anthony, 34. The couple has two sons, Cristian, 3, and Ryan, 5 months.

EXPECTING Oscar nominee Marcia Gay Harden (left), 44, husband Thaddaeus Scheel, 39, and daughter Eulala Grace, 5, will greet twins this spring…. Helen Hunt, 40, and her boyfriend, producer Matthew Carnahan, expect their first child this summer.

BIRTHS Malcolm McDowell (A Clockwork Orange), 60, and wife Kelley, 36, celebrated the birth of their first child, son Beckett Taylor, Jan. 18. McDowell has two adult children.

COURTS More screener drama: Columbia Pictures and Warner Bros. filed suit against NYPD Blue’s Carmine Caridi, 70, for his alleged role in leaking Oscar screeners to Russell Sprague, 51, who was charged in federal court with copyright infringement. Warner wants $150,000 for each alleged violation. Caridi’s attorney could not be reached for comment…. Any Given Sunday’s Jamie Foxx (right), 36, pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of disturbing the peace in a plea deal that dropped two felony charges of battery against a police officer during an altercation at a New Orleans casino last April. Foxx received a six-month suspended jail sentence, two years’ probation, and a $1,500 fine.

ARRESTS Soul man James Brown, 70, was arrested Jan. 28 after he allegedly pushed his wife of two years, Tommie Rae Brown, 34, in their South Carolina home. If convicted on the domestic-violence charge, Brown faces a $500 fine and up to 30 days in jail. The singer, who says he would never hurt his wife, filed for an annulment…. R&B singer and widow of Notorious B.I.G., Faith Evans, 30, and her music-exec second husband, Todd Russaw, 35, were arrested Jan. 27 in Georgia for alleged possession of marijuana and cocaine after a routine traffic stop. At press time, formal charges had not been filed.

RECOVERING On Jan. 28, actress Robin Givens (Boomerang), 39, accidentally struck Maria Antonia Alcover, 89, with her SUV. Alcover was admitted to a Miami hospital…. Russell Crowe, 39, dislocated his shoulder Jan. 29 in Sydney while training for his role as a boxer in Cinderella Man, delaying filming until April.

RETURNS Clive Davis is back in the executive suite at BMG North America as its chairman and CEO. The once and current head of Arista Records (owned by BMG) replaces L.A. Reid.
