RICH GIRLS MTV GRADE: B Heiresses Ally Hilfiger and Jaime Gleicher shop, chatter, date, and shop some more.

SIGNATURE LOOK Gleicher’s animal-print prom dress, accessorized with a peace- sign necklace and a pink flower.

STYLE STATEMENT ”People pay money for clothes…. But shouldn’t it be, like, a free necessity, like water…?”

THE O.C. FOX GRADE: A Rich kids and their parents get all angsty about being rich. But they still look fab.

SIGNATURE LOOK A baby blue Marc Jacobs halter dress, a.k.a. Marissa’s (Mischa Barton) virginity-losing frock.

STYLE STATEMENT ”Every day’s a fashion show for these people,” one character says of a runway fund-raiser.

HOPE & FAITH ABC GRADE: A- Vain ex — soap star Faith moves in with her uptight sister and her Midwestern family.

SIGNATURE LOOK A strappy multicolored dress paired with a matching arm cuff worn by Faith (Kelly Ripa).

STYLE STATEMENT ”I’m not going to school,” wails one of the children. ”I don’t have anything to wear.”

MISS MATCH NBC GRADE: B- L.A. lawyer Kate (Alicia Silverstone) divorces people by day, match makes by night.

SIGNATURE LOOK Kate’s red Diane Von Furstenberg dress. But the rest of her career wear is more practical than Prada.

STYLE STATEMENT ”We want [client] Amy to look sexy, not like a Hollywood ho,” says Kate.
