Paul Westerberg has turned into indie-rock’s answer to Prince, cranking out half-finished albums at a prolific rate. After last year’s double CD, ”Come Feel Me Tremble” serves as the soundtrack to an accompanying tour DVD. The scratchy voice still aches, the guitar riffs still gleefully rip off the Faces, and the songs sound like they just fell out of bed: scruffy, endearing, occasionally stunning (”Meet Me Down the Alley”). In his Grandpaboy alter ego, Westerberg plays blues dress-up with bar-band enthusiasm but not much depth.
