Dreaming Up These 25 Playlists Doesn't Mean We're Music Geeks, Right? Hello?

Sure, there are a bunch of big-deal CDs set to hit stores this fall. But truthfully, most people we know are just as excited about the albums they’ll be making themselves. With more and more great songs available for legal download on sites like iTunes Music Store and BuyMusic.com, now it’s easier than ever to burn your own cool mix CDs.

With that in mind, we’ve racked the trivia-clogged recesses of our brains to come up with 25 playlists for your iPod, CD burner, or whatever other newfangled gadget you’re using this week. It’s our way of acknowledging the changing way fans interact with music. Plus, we just love making lists.
