9.15 * LIVING IT UP! WITH ALI & JACK ABC correspondent Jack Ford and actress/Mrs. George Stephanopoulos Ali Wentworth do their best Regis and Kelly in this new syndicated talker. We suppose that means viewers can expect Ali to get pregnant a lot. [CHECK LOCAL LISTINGS]

9.20 * THE 2003 MISS AMERICA PAGEANT Tom Bergeron usually makes us laugh by showing folks making fools of themselves on America’s Funniest Home Videos. He does the same here, hosting the festivities as 51 Vaseline-teethed women tangle for the tiara, live from Atlantic City. [ABC, 8-11 PM]

9.21 * 55TH ANNUAL PRIMETIME EMMY AWARDS Who needs one host when you can have nine? Ellen DeGeneres, Brad Garrett, Darrell Hammond, George Lopez, Conan O’Brien, Garry Shandling, Martin Short, Jon Stewart, and Wanda Sykes take turns poking fun at TV’s elite. [FOX, 8-11 PM]

9.21-25 * ROSEANNE MARATHON Okay, so maybe reality isn’t her medium. Instead, check out the Domestic Goddess in her natural habitat, the sitcom. [NICK AT NITE, 9 PM-6 AM]

9.23-25 * MYTHBUSTERS Presumably, the Discovery Channel will bring more scholarly expertise to exploring urban legends than that MTV show does. Then again, they have ”two special-effects experts from San Francisco” on the job. [DISCOVERY CHANNEL, 10-11 PM]

9.28-10.4 * THE BLUES Exec producer Martin Scorsese brings together seven documentaries that chronicle the music’s beginnings in Africa to its influence on today’s charts. Hey, Marty knows from the blues — Oscar dissed Gangs of New York, right? [PBS, 9-11 PM]

9.28 * THE BOYS OF 2ND STREET PARK Get nostalgic as six men who grew up together in 1960s New York City look back on their childhoods and ruminate on the divergent paths their lives took. [SHOWTIME, 8-9:30 PM]

9.28 * INFAMOUS Anne Heche, Eddie Murphy, and George Michael will no doubt be glued to the set for this series, which rehashes celeb scandals for your amusement, complete with reenactments and eye-witness accounts. [E!, 10-11 PM]

9.29 * BLIND DATE and THE FIFTH WHEEL Brand-new seasons of humiliation, with total losers dating each other as the cameras roll. Meanwhile, total losers like us sit home alone and watch. [CHECK LOCAL LISTINGS]

9.30 * DATE WITH DESIGN It’s Trading Spaces meets The Bachelorette when a single gal chooses one of three guys’ pads to redesign — which conveniently eliminates the need for him to ask, ”Wanna come back to my place?” [HGTV, 11-11:30 PM]
