Sandra Bullock has put an alleged stalker on notice, and not just for two weeks. Reuters reports that a Los Angeles judge granted her petition on Friday for a restraining order against a man she says has followed her across the country and bombarded her and her associates with messages.

According to Bullock’s filing, Thomas James Weldon is a paranoid schizophrenic who refuses to take his medicine, has followed her from California to Texas (where she lives) to South Carolina, and has spammed Bullock, her family, and her production company with faxes, e-mails, and phone calls asking for money and intimacy. A 34-year-old man who stands 6’1” and weighs 210 pounds, Weldon was ordered to stay 200 yards away from the actress and avoid contacting her until a June 6 hearing.
