(Xbox; Sega; Teen) It’s just another point-and-shoot action game, but this Japanese flier features some magnificently realized environments. As a girl named Orta, you mount a majestic dragon and wing your way through 10 lush levels. You shoot airborne fire breathers and other mythical creatures that attack from all four cardinal directions. (The dragon’s path is largely predetermined to let you focus on the combat.) Orta harkens back to the play style of classic arcade games but blends it with visual panache to become an addictive fantasy novel brought to life.
