Sandler may romance Barrymore 50 more times. ''The Wedding Singer'' couple may reunite in ''Fifty First Kisses''

Short-term memory loss is hot! hot! hot! After ”Memento,” ”Mulholland Drive,” and TV’s ”John Doe,” it’s no wonder that there’s another amnesiac movie in the works, this one with Adam Sandler. According to Variety, the ”Punch-Drunk Love” star plans to produce and star in ”Fifty First Kisses,” with the hopes of reuniting with his ”Wedding Singer” flame, Drew Barrymore. While no deal is yet in place for Barrymore or a director, the Columbia movie would star Sandler as a guy who falls in love with a woman he has to woo and win anew every day because of her lack of short-term memory.

Speaking of short-term memory, that reminds us: Short-term memory loss is hot! hot! hot! After ”Memento,” ”Mulholland Drive,” and TV’s ”John Doe,” it’s no wonder…
