Attention, big spenders, a piece of history is up for grabs. The home of the late songstress Peggy Lee, known for tunes like ”Fever” and ”Is That All There Is?” can be yours. The two-story French Regency-style estate, where Lee lived until her death earlier this year, is in the same Los Angeles neighborhood where Peter Fonda resides. Built in 1969, the 4,700-square-foot home has a grand circular staircase in the entry and a hand-carved marble fireplace in the drawing room. The house features a two-bedroom master suite and two separate guest suites. Outside, a pool and a rooftop terrace offer panoramic views of downtown and the Pacific Ocean. (Monty Iceman of Prudential John Aaroe has the listing.)
