”Scooby” dude Freddie Prinze Jr. has sold his Toluca Lake home of nearly two years. Earlier this year, he and fiancée Sarah Michelle Gellar bought a property together elsewhere in Los Angeles. Built in 1933, the 4,000-square-foot, Spanish-style hacienda, which sits on about an acre of landscaped grounds, includes a tennis court, a pool, a four-car garage with motor court, and a two-bedroom guest house. Inside are a game room and two master suites, both with his-and-hers bathrooms and closets. (Monty Iceman of Prudential John Aaroe had the listing.) Gellar’s Sherman Oaks home is currently on the market for $2.2 million.
