The commercial failure of Walker’s former band, Marvelous 3, remains one of the universe’s great mysteries. Luckily, his solo album sounds pretty much like you’d expect the fourth M3 CD to sound, offering big, crunchy power pop with snarky lyrics and killer choruses.
