Like its namesake, this is a bit harebrained. OutKast’s goofy two-step, ”Land of a Million Drums,” is the highlight; from there the CD ranges from a clunky Lil’ Romeo cut to a mildly amusing Uncle Kracker-Busta Rhymes duet, Kylie Minogue’s sex-bomb pop, and the Atomic Fireballs’ old-thing swing. Hope the film’s more in focus.
