Willis smolders and Thornton soldiers as two mismatched, oddly coiffed bank robbers who steal their cash with a wink and a smile. The criminals get a run for their money when they unwittingly bump into a batty housewife (a misused Cate Blanchett) who ignites both men’s passions. While affable, the comedic pairing of Willis’ good-looking lothario against Thornton’s itchy hypochondriac feels formulaic and, with no support from a lackadaisical script, could leave viewers feeling as if they were robbed.
