State Property, a decent six-man rap squad fronted by Jay-Z protégé Beanie Sigel, shares its name with the title of a new rapsploitation flick in which Sigel stars. The Philadelphian delivers bone-crushing rhymes over the sinister funk of ”No Glory,” but his cronies, especially the wimpy-sounding Freeway, can’t keep up.
