Rosie O. is saying heave ho to her weekend getaway in Greenwich’s tony Conyers Farm. The gated community was developed by art collector and Interview magazine coowner Peter Brant and includes a polo field, clubhouse, and tennis courts. Built in 1988, the colonial style home, which O’Donnell bought two years ago for a reported $6.5 million, sits on 12 lush acres and includes a library, four fireplaces, and a pool. A local real estate broker describes the house as having ”a Hamptons feeling, very open and bright.” According to O’Donnell’s publicist, the daytime talker sold the estate in the area where Ron Howard, Mel Gibson, and Montel Williams have all reportedly owned homes because she bought another weekend home this year in Nyack, N.Y. She also owns digs in Manhattan and Miami.
