Courts It’s tearing up her heart. On Dec. 18, ‘N Sync‘s Justin Timberlake, 19, was slapped with a lawsuit for alleged verbal abuse and unspecified physical intimidation of a fan last fall in a St. Louis hotel. He seeks at least $10 million. Jackson’s lawyer had no comment … Controversy magnet Courtney Love, 35, filed suit Dec. 15 against Lesley Barber, the ex-wife of the singer-actress’ flame, record exec Jim Barber. In seeking $1.5 million in damages, Love alleges that Ms. Barber has been stalking and harassing her for the last 20 months, including a nasty incident on June 4 when Love claims Barber ran over her foot with a Volvo at Love’s L.A. home. As a result of the injury, Love says she had to drop out of the Sony film Ghosts of Mars because she couldn’t complete the required physical training. Lesley Barber’s lawyer denies the allegations … On Jan. 4, a Fort Lauderdale judge sentenced The Client‘s Brad Renfro, 18, to two years’ probation and ordered him to pay more than $4,000 in repairs for a yacht he tried to filch last August.
