Beauty may be only exfoliated, steamed, and polished skin deep, but that isn’t going to stop well-intentioned fashion gurus from foisting their best tips on the unmoisturized masses. Here’s a roundup of the latest style tomes.

Worth picking up for the catty observations alone. A
