Morgan, the tale of a self-satisfied bigamist (Patrick Stewart) and his crumbling kingdom, has the guts of Salesman, the pious pitch of The Crucible, and a seriocomic identity all its own. Stewart is both despicable and immensely attractive; as his dueling wives, Frances Conroy and Katy Selverstone score with two of Miller’s juiciest female roles. B
