Paradise Is Here! 4 BR, 3 BTH modern-style home in Studio City PRICE $725,000

Leggy rocker Tina Turner has walked away from her L.A.-area post-and-beam-style house. The singer bought it in 1985, then moved in 1988 to Europe (she has homes in Zurich, Switzerland, and the French Riviera) and turned it over to her mother, Zelma Bullock, who died last October. The house has two fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, a family room, and a swimming pool. It sits on a half acre in the secluded Fryman Canyon area. (Lou Woolf of Coldwell Banker Sherman Oaks represented both parties.) If you want to do your own private dancing, the new owners are offering to rent the place at $5,500 per month.
