Louie’s Lair! 4 BR, 4.5 BTH contemporary-style home in L.A. Price $1.6 million

Survey says: Beverly Hills. That’s the new address for comedian and Family Feud host Louie Anderson, who’s settling down in the ritzy area north of Sunset Boulevard. Situated on about half an acre, the sleek, 4,000-square-foot pad designed by architect Richard Skinner was built in 1959. ”Even if you’re inside, it feels like you’re outside,” says Coldwell Banker agent Jana Jones-Duffy of the one-story abode’s floor-to-ceiling windows. When indoors, Anderson can enjoy two slate fireplaces, a library, and sweeping views of the city. Sounds like life with Louie is pretty good.
