Been a bit mopey since Wilson Phillips’ demise? Then Mulberry Lane’s first single, ”Harmless,” off of Run Your Own Race, ought to cheer you up. The sibling quartet from Nebraska offers sweetness, hope, and heartfelt harmonies on tunes of love come and gone, and sisterhood supreme (”When sisters care/The world should be aware!”). But things get more interesting on the edgier anomaly ”Crisis Line,” a song on which Mulberry Lane give voice to a suicide counselor’s anxieties. B-
