The PJs

George Clinton’s pop-funk theme song for the Eddie Murphy cartoon show The PJs, closes it out, but this CD also features strong hip-hop from Jermaine Dupri and Da Brat (”It’s Nothing”), Timbaland (”Talkin’ Trash”), and Earth, Wind and Fire’s prickly reworking of their old hit ”Holiday” with a fresh vocal by Marie Antoinette. There’s also uneven filler, but for a TV soundtrack, this is tough stuff. B
