This sadistic straight-to-video sequel to the 1996 George Clooney starrer follows a bunch of redneck criminals attempting a bank heist in Mexico. Needless to say, in a nod to the original’s Tarantino-speak, they discuss pop culture before tangling with a new band of vampires. Without the genre-bending goofiness and engaging characters of the first Dusk, all that’s left is cheap splatter effects and cliched Western/horror homages. D-
