Even without the Union Jack mini-dress, that’s Geri Halliwell, 26 (a.k.a. See-Ya Spice), forging tracks for a solo album (due in May or September). The camp queen-turned-U.N. goodwill ambassador is ready to celebrate her freedom from platforms with a CD influenced by ABBA and Ella Fitzgerald: ”These songs are for every woman to dance around to in her underwear.” Of course, it’s a woman’s prerogative to change her mind: ”I want my songs to poke you in the eye, kick you in the balls, and kiss you at the same time.”
