This made-for-TV feature — a 1993 prime-time special — picks up years after the series leaves off. Fred — still a quarryman, ever the family man — grapples with Father of the Bride angst as Pebbles gets hitched to Bamm-Bamm, who’s grown from precocious percussionist to sensitive beefcake. As directed by William Hanna, it’s the same gay old time as always — the couple consider a ”Rock Vegas” elopement — and the 92-minute The Flintstones: I Yabba Dabba Do! ‘toon is vastly more ingratiating than the 1994 live-action Happy Meal.
