Wheels of a Dream is the kind of classic-pop album you thought they didn’t make anymore. Laine swings through big-band favorites like ”Moonglow” with heart and an easy showbiz savvy acquired over six decades. The title track — borrowed from the astonishing new Ragtime Broadway score — will likely get the airplay, but 85-year-old Laine twinkles most charmingly on ”Young at Heart.” B
