Senior partners include rap superstars Nas, Foxy Brown, and AZ; and G-funk magistrate Dr. Dre drops beats and rhymes on two tracks. Indeed, this is more like rap’s Supreme Court, as the slamming grooves, ill rhymes, and soaring female vocals (ex-En Voguer Dawn Robinson) on tracks like ”Firm Biz” amply demonstrate. B+
