All dank and clammy, with a grizzled vocal that sounded like Leonard Cohen fantasizing about Lolita, this British techno trio’s ”Atom Bomb” was a highlight of both the Saint soundtrack and MTV’s Amp compilation. Somewhat disappointingly, their fourth album is lusher and less greasy than ”Atom Bomb” (included here). But drum-and-space workouts like ”Reeferendum” glisten, and their beats are as relentless and no-frills as traditional techno gets. B
