Just when it seems gangsta rap can’t get any more outrageous, along comes Master P’s latest opus, complete with a title track offering helpful advice to aspiring crack dealers. Indefensible? Sure, but the song’s catchy as hell. And though the Louisiana-based rapper’s sensitive side peeks through (”Gangstas Need Love,” indeed), most of Ghetto D is just as offensively infectious. Guaranteed to raise C. Delores Tucker’s blood pressure to dangerous levels. B
