”Extremis” by Hal is a weak single from an otherwise solid collection of electronica (Future: A Journey Through the Electronic Underground) compiled by The X-Files‘ Gillian Anderson. She seems to know something about the genre but not enough to have left her laughable spoken-word vocals off an already lifeless tune. File this under Electronica Generica. C-
