Released theatrically as Mad Dog Time, this deadpan gangster spoof, Trigger Happy, chockful of cameos, suffocates you with style even on the small screen. Its tough talk weighs a ton, and scene after scene concludes with well-dressed mobsters smirking at each other before they fire away. Directed by Larry Bishop (son of Rat Packer Joey, who has a cameo), the whole thing seems like a Hollywood in-joke. We are not amused. F
