It’s Stallone’s third marriage and Flavin’s first. The couple, who split in 1994 and reunited in 1995, have an 8-month-old daughter, Sophia Rose.

SHAME The seemingly happy marriage of talk-show hostess Kathie Lee Gifford, 43, and sportscaster Frank Gifford, 66, has a flaw. In its May 20 issue, the Globe reported that the football Hall of Famer had had an affair with former stewardess Suzen Johnson. After the Giffords called the story a lie, the tabloid published videotape stills of a Gifford-Johnson tryst. The couple then issued a terse statement: ”This experience has been as painful for us as it would be for any other couple; however, we will get through this together.”

INDICTED NBC sportscaster Marv Albert, 52, on a felony count of forcible sodomy and a misdemeanor count of assault and battery, May 19, in Arlington, Va. The charges reportedly stem from a Feb. 12 incident in which Albert allegedly bit and assaulted a woman in an Arlington hotel. ”I categorically deny these charges and intend to vigorously defend against these allegations,” said Albert. ”I am confident that I will be completely exonerated.”

DEATHS Magician Harry Blackstone Jr., 62, May 14, of an aortic aneurysm, in Loma Linda, Calif. Son of illusionist the Great Blackstone, the younger Blackstone was one of the most popular magicians of the ’70s and ’80s, performing tricks like ”the dancing handkerchief” on TV specials…. Actor Howard Morton, 71, of complications from a stroke, May 11, in L.A. Morton appeared on ’70s sitcoms including All in the Family and The Jeffersons, and costarred as Officer Ralph Simpson on Gimme a Break! in the ’80s.
