This husky-voiced New York teenager has guested on so many hits by other hip-hop artists — including Jay Z’s ”Ain’t No…,” arguably the song of last summer — it’s good to finally see her make a solo album. On ”Il Na Na,” many of the beats are familiar — ”Foxy’s Bells” relies heavily on LL Cool J’s early signature hit — but Foxy Brown’s seductive, confident presence almost makes it her own. B+
