In Their Own Words Volume Two, the latest in a series of concerts by hotshot singer-songwriters, doesn’t raise as many goose bumps as Volume One. Still, Don Dixon’s gritty version of ”Fever” is a boiler, while Billy Bragg’s droll ”To Have and Have Not” and Pete Seeger’s whimsical ”Get Up and Go” prove these artists are most effective when they’re rambunctious rather than reverent.
