KRIS KROSS Young, Rich & Dangerous (Ruffhouse/Columbia) The kiddie rappers from Atlanta are all grown up — alarmingly so. At ages 12 and 13, they mused about missing the school bus. Now at 16 and 17, it’s all Mercedes, Range Rovers, and Dom Perignon dreams. The music and the beats on their third album are smoother but flimsier. The pair remain mellifluous wordsmiths, however, and their sound on tracks like ”Live and Die for Hip Hop” can still be infectious. B
