Overlook ”Paris by Night” and a few other banalities and there’s still enough razzle-dazzle to make you shout ”Bravo!” Julie Andrews is irresistible, whether waxing nonchalant on ”You and Me” or authoritative on ”Living in the Shadows.” Rachel York’s ”Paris Makes Me Horny” is delicious. And the finale, written for this Broadway show, emphasizes a gay-positive theme (”We’re all meant to cherish one another/It’s not a crime to love each other”) only hinted at in the film.
