Look beyond the skinhead violence on the streets of modern-day Germany, and you’ll find a network of old Nazis plotting to return to past glory. At least that’s the premise of The Infiltrator, a chilling drama starring Oliver Platt as an Israeli journalist who goes undercover to expose the festering Fourth Reich. Based on a true story, this made-for-cable film, also starring Arliss Howard, has the moral shading of spy fiction — and the visceral shock of hate crime headlines. B+
