As a spy who returns to his old ghetto neighborhood, Billy Dee Williams would seem to have finally found a role worthy of his underrated talents. But Secret Agent 00 Soul is a 71-minute spoof that turns out to be one of those odd career mistakes, made even more baffling when you consider this direct-to-video hodgepodge of childish sketches was filmed in 1989 as his follow-up to Batman. There is, however, a sick appeal to the scene with the rapping mummies, whose song is performed — it figures — by one Corey Dee Williams. D-
