Love & a .45 Gil Bellows, Renee Zellweger (1994, Vidmark, R, priced for rental) If I have to sit through another white-trash-couple-on-the- lam movie, I may go on a multi-state crime spree myself. Fortunately, even though this stylish trailer-park love story is totally derivative, it cribs from the right places: Raising Arizona and True Romance. But Love gets by on a few twisted cinematic firsts (Rory Cochrane gets tortured with a tattoo needle to his bald head) and a soundtrack by such fashionable bands as Flaming Lips and Mazzy Star.
