ONLY YOU Marisa Tomei, Robert Downey Jr. (1994, Columbia TriStar, PG, priced for rental) To make a modern-day fairy tale, mix a few mistaken identities and rain-slicked Italian nights, sprinkle with opera, and add ”spontaneous” dancing to a street saxophonist playing ”Some Enchanted Evening.” Wait-and wait-for it to rise. Director Norman Jewison tries for another Moonstruck but ends up with a watery imitation; Tomei is no Cher, and her chemistry with Downey couldn’t light an alcohol-soaked rag. The scenery, however, makes it a ; knockout ad for Italy. Now that’s amore. B- -Melissa Pierson
