Farrah Fawcett stretched her acting talent in the 1981 TV movie A Murder in Texas. Now Heather Locklear, television’s reigning blond, continues the tradition with Texas Justice. Locklear’s previous range hasn’t been vast; her two biggest series, the Aaron Spelling prime-time soaps Dynasty and Melrose Place, have more than a little in common.
