Album Review: 'Wild Pitch Classics'

The oldest track on this rap compilation, Latee’s percussive ”This Cut’s Got Flavor,” is barely seven years old, so ”classics” might be a misnomer. But if your collection doesn’t include GangStarr’s ”Words I Manifest” or any of the early-’90s Main Source tracks with the now-departed Large Professor, then you’d better catch up with the rest of the class.
