A Tribute to Kurt Cobain, a cheesy memorial to the late Nirvana frontman, sets new standards for awfulness. Relying on audio interviews (with Cobain’s former music teacher and a reporter who never even met the rocker) played over still photos, the tape lets you relax and just listen, neatly eliminating that annoying watching thing. Of course, you might be drawn back into the room to view some stock news footage. The real drag is that this trash doesn’t even succeed as exploitation, unless you count the wasting of your precious time. F
