With a dedication to finding more interesting country material (”Sweet Whiskey Lies,” ”Hometown Boy”), Restless Heart isn’t as hollow at the core as it used to be. But by still using the generic studio rock band Toto as its prototype, Restless Heart keeps rolling pristine harmonies and by-the-book riffs off the assembly line in thier new album, Matters of the Heart.
