”Weird Al” Yankovic’s claymation video for ”Jurassic Park” (to the tune of ”MacArthur Park”) is clever but toothless — it doesn’t satirize the film, just provides a funny promo for it. Similarly, ”Bedrock Anthem,” goofing on two Red Hot Chili Peppers songs/videos, merely transposes that band’s macho posturing into Yabba Dabba Doo land. Alapalooza, which also includes two older clips, is amusing, but it provides conclusive proof that the term authorized parody is an oxymoron. C
