Those Winans — the reigning First Family of gospel — never cease to amaze. Four of the brothers (Michael, Marvin, Carvin, and Ronald) come back after three years with a joyful collection, All Out — including an outstanding cover of Lou Rawls’ ”Tradewinds” and a lovely duet with Lalah Hathaway — only to be bested by their younger sisters, Debbie and Angie. On their debut, the ladies turn it out with Whitney Houston on ”Light of Love,” get funky à la TLC on ”Flashback,” and work the tear ducts with a couple of haunting ballads. Sibling rivalry never sounded so good. B+
