On his third album, Mark Collie has nearly abandoned his ragged-ass, retro honky-tonk stance for a more commercial sound. With few exceptions — like ”Trouble’s Comin’ Like a Train,” a scarred-psyche, Johnny Cash kind of song — it all starts to bland together on Mark Collie. B-
