Call them the Connie Francises of this generation. The third album, Exposé, by this girl group finds them always falling hopelessly in love, or waiting by the phone, or damning some creep for not appreciating them. All this is done to a processed Latin house beat or in some pleasingly florid ballad. Vocally, they may be frumps compared with En Vogue, but you gotta love Exposé; they’re an emotional mess. B+
